Chef Ming Tsai (Blue Ginger Restaurant & Simply Ming TV show) has teamed up with Rao's Coffee Roasting Company and Yukiguni Maitake Mushrooms to produce an exciting new coffee which offers many health benefits. (more to follow)

Rao's Coffee was recently featured on TV Diner; NECN's food & drinks show. Jeffrey Waskiewicz (Rao's owner) was interviewed by Billy Costa in the Newton MA studios and the Rao's Cafe in Amherst MA was featured in the show.

In July 2009, ABC News 40 (Springfield, MA) visited our cafe to film and feature iced coffee. Rao's brews iced coffee using the "cold brew" method resulting in a rich, non-bitter and fresh beverage.
