This return policy applies to online purchases only.
If you receive an item that was incorrectly shipped, please contact Rao's Coffee Roasting Company Inc. within 30 days of delivery. Customers must return the incorrect item using the provided return shipping label. Once the returned item is received, a replacement of the correct item will be sent.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal. We do not offer returns or refunds based on taste preference.
Gift cards and subscription purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless they were incorrectly shipped.
Refunds are not guaranteed and, if approved, are issued at the sole discretion of Rao's Coffee Roasting Company Inc.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
